- Visit vendors to build relationships and conduct quality reviews.
- Partner with Merchandising, Planning, and Ops for launches.
🎯 Requirements
- 15+ years in Strategic Sourcing or Procurement with major US retailers.
- Extensive factory connections in NA/EUR/ISC regions.
- Product-focused with factory/vendor design and cost engineering experience.
- GM mindset with supply chain and lean/JIT manufacturing experience.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, analytic with execution focus and process improvement.
- Continuous learner, proactive, adaptable.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
