Director, Solutions Engineering

📋 Description

• Define and drive integration strategy aligned to growth.
• Build and scale cloud-native integrations for customers and partners.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Eng, Sales, Alliances, Services.
• Own end-to-end design, planning, and delivery of integrations.
• Establish governance for reliability, scalability, and compliance.
• Define and execute an AI strategy to speed design and docs.
• Improve delivery velocity with AI-driven capabilities and anomaly detection.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years engineering/technical services experience with cloud-based solutions.
• 3+ years leading engineering or technical services teams.
• Extensive experience integrating SaaS across public cloud, on-prem, and hybrid.
• Proven track record scaling integration portfolios in high growth environments.
• Deep expertise in REST, SOAP, XML, ETL, Identity Management, OAuth, SAML, and secure API design.
• Experience with at least one major public cloud provider.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, transactional databases, caching, and API frameworks.
• Experience across compute, storage, networking, monitoring, and infra security.
• Security best practices and compliance knowledge; financial systems or regulated SaaS experience preferred.
