  • Build and scale international Solutions Consulting teams with data-driven processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in customer-facing technical sales roles within SaaS.
  • 6+ years leading Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering teams.
  • Proven track record building multi-country teams and coaching them.
  • Proven success partnering with Sales leadership to shape GTM strategy.
  • Strong cross-functional influence across Product and Customer Experience.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with accountability.
