🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years leading managers or multiple teams.

- Strong background in microservices architectures and high availability systems.
- Proven ability to operate in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments.
- Fintech experience strongly preferred; credit domain experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated track record of raising engineering standards and improving execution discipline.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity while driving clarity and momentum.
