- Deliver features and optimize components for quality, scalability, security, stability, and maintainability.
- Ensure incident response and operational execution for production systems.

- Provide leadership across multiple engineering teams (engineering managers, tech leads, ICs).
- This is a fully remote role for EST/CST US time zones.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of experience developing, deploying, monitoring, and supporting applications.
- 5+ years leading software development teams across US/global.
- Experience delivering AI-enabled enterprise SaaS products.
- Experience driving AI-assisted SDLC tool adoption (Cursor or similar).
- Strong knowledge of .NET, Angular, Web Services/APIs, and SQL Server.
- Excellent communication and ability to lead through ambiguity.
