🎯 Requirements
- 15+ years software engineering, incl. 7+ years leading teams
- Experience building/operating gateway/datapath or networking systems (L4–L7 proxies, VPN)
- Set technical strategy and drive multi-workstream execution; ship capabilities on timelines
- Production ownership: mission-critical services; SLOs/SLIs; incident management; RCA
- Cross-functional leadership and communication; align engineering, product, and operations
- Strong SD-WAN datapath design/operating experience
