- Strong empathy and desire to help people
- 7+ years of sales success in a high-growth company
- 3+ years of leadership experience leading sales managers
- Preferred: experience in high-volume or financial services sales
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to communicate with senior executives
