Director, Skilled Nursing

📋 Description

• Lead the overall operations, performance, and service delivery of the Plymouth Adult Skilled Nursing office.
• Establish BAYADA as the home care employer and provider of choice in local markets.
• Manage KPIs, growth goals, quality expectations, service standards, and financial objectives.
• Hire, develop, and retain high-potential office employees and support succession planning.
• Guide teams in delivering exceptional client service and high-quality care to adult and pediatric clients.
• Monitor quality and appropriateness of services and respond to client or personnel concerns as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year college degree required.
• Minimum five years supervisory experience in healthcare/home care.
• Demonstrated success as a Director or similar leadership role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated track record of goal achievement.
• Proven ability to take on increasing responsibility with positive results.
