🎯 Requirements

Four year college degree required
Minimum two years of supervisory or management experience in healthcare (home health preferred)
Knowledge of state regulations
Demonstrated record of goal achievement and increased responsibility
Strong interpersonal, recruiting and employee relations skills
Proven ability to organize, manage, and grow an office
