📋 Description

  • Partner with shipboard leadership on HR strategy and employee relations.
  • Guide performance management, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
  • Lead investigations for shipboard personnel; coordinate with GC; ensure documentation.
  • Manage third‑party crew partners; drive KPI delivery for recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, travel logistics, and crew experience.
  • Own shipboard crew expense budgets; forecast and control wages and travel costs.
  • Develop and maintain shipboard HR policies aligned with maritime regulations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of maritime HR or crew management experience.
  • Experience in employee relations, performance management, investigations.
  • Experience leading projects and change management.
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage complex employee relations issues and investigations.
  • Financial acumen; budgeting and cost controls.
