🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 8 years loan servicing and collections experience
- 5+ years supervisory/managerial experience
- Experience with secured/unsecured home improvement loan servicing preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
