🎯 Requirements

  • 5–10+ years in sales, biz dev, or account mgmt with oncology focus.
  • Proven success selling oncology solutions to pharma/biotech.
  • Oncology drug development and real-world data use cases (safety, epi, clinical).
  • Comfortable selling complex, consultative data solutions with long sales cycles.
  • Ability to communicate credibly with scientific, clinical, and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating within matrixed or multi-product sales organizations.
