Director/Senior Director of Managed Access

📋 Description

• Shape strategy and operations for BridgeBio Managed Access Program
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Management, Intl, Medical, Regulatory, Supply, Quality, Legal, Finance
• Evaluate external partnerships to scale the program
• Manage vendors and governance for the initiative
• Lead intake/evaluation for new patient requests
• On-site work in Palo Alto and San Francisco; travel as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for delivering life-changing treatments to patients
• Commitment to expanding access in LMICs
• Familiarity with the drug discovery and development process
• Two of: 2+ yrs bio/pharma BD/ops/strategy; 2+ yrs top-tier consulting; 2+ yrs global health
• PhD/MD/MBA/MPH or similar strongly preferred
• Excellent communication; ability to distill complexity; comfortable with ambiguity
