Director / Senior Director, Commercial Finance

📋 Description

• Lead and develop the Deal Desk and Renewal teams at Cologix
• Advise on enterprise strategy; oversee Pricing, Renewals, and Commercial Excellence
• Establish approval frameworks and escalation within the Commercial team
• Analyze market pricing trends to set competitive product pricing
• Partner with C-level, Marketing, Finance and Operations on pricing and GTM
• Own renewals and retention strategy to minimize churn across the portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration (MBA preferred)
• 7-10+ years in colocation or telecom pricing, finance, or asset management
• 5+ years leading high-performance teams
• Extensive knowledge of space, power and interconnection pricing; cloud offerings
• Expert Excel and financial-modeling skills
• Strong PowerPoint skills
