📋 Description

• Serve as Paid Search Lead on large client accounts
• Deliver strategy and hands-on optimizations with channel teams
• Lead cross-channel collaboration for holistic media plans
• Present strategy and performance to client stakeholders
• Define roles/responsibilities for client Paid Search teams
• Manage pacing to ensure campaigns spend to targets

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Paid Search experience
• Strong AI/automation mindset; comfortable using AI for reporting
• Experience with YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Gen
• Manage monthly Paid Search budgets of $1MM+
• 3+ years of management with direct reports
• 4-year college degree or equivalent
