Director - Security Product Management - One Tech

📋 Description

• Lead OneTech IT and security product catalog across Driver, Cloud, and Enterprise.
• Develop and maintain OneTech roadmaps that support vehicle programs and corporate needs.
• Manage an internal team of product experts and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Ensure OneTech products meet high IT accuracy, speed, and security across lifecycles.
• Create traceability matrices to ensure coverage across products and components.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, safety, and product teams to translate requirements into tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in automotive IT/security or vehicle systems with 2+ years PM.
• Strong knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434 and ISO 26262.
• Proven track record in software/hardware product development and risk management.
• Experience with vehicle architecture, embedded systems, CAN and Ethernet.
• Expertise in threat modeling, penetration testing, and security assessments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
