🎯 Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership of industrial security or cleared programs in federal/DoD
- Deep knowledge of NISPOM, DCSA, ICDs, and classified handling
- Experience establishing multi-site security operations and SCIFs
- Lead compliance with DD254, audits, and DCSA inspections
- Active TS/SCI clearance required; Full Scope Poly preferred
- Strong leadership and gov't stakeholder communication
