Director, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting

📋 Description

• Own and file SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, and other filings)
• Lead disclosures review for SEC clarity, accuracy, and guidance
• Lead technical accounting across equity, stock-based comp, debt, leases, M&A
• Partner with Legal, Tax, FP&A, and Corporate Accounting on disclosures
• Maintain and enhance a robust SOX control environment
• Build and mentor a high-performing reporting/technical accounting team

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years accounting with SEC reporting and technical accounting; public company/Big 4 preferred
• Deep US GAAP knowledge and SEC reporting across complex areas
• Strong SOX experience with internal controls over financial reporting
• Player/coach: hands-on execution with team leadership
• Experience navigating complex accounting issues with cross-functional partners
