- Design ICFR and lead SOX readiness with external consultants.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across Finance, Legal, R&D, and HR.
- Liaise with external auditors for quarterly reviews and audits.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred.
- Strong SEC reporting experience in a public company.
- Experience building or enhancing SOX compliance programs.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
