🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Active California CPA required
- 10+ years accounting incl SEC reporting; 3+ years public
- Deep U.S. GAAP, SEC rules, SOX 404 knowledge
- Strong written communication for exec disclosures
- Experience researching ASC/SEC guidance; drafting memos
- Expert Workiva/Wdesk with iXBRL tagging and filing
- NetSuite Financial Report Writer expertise
