  • 5+ years of people leadership in planning, compensation, or RevOps.
  • Deep understanding of sales compensation in B2B tech, subscription/usage models.
  • Experience building AI tools to simplify planning and RevOps at scale.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; distill topics for execs and teams.
  • Strong quantitative, data-driven with complex datasets and models.
  • Experience with Salesforce and planning tools (CaptivateIQ, Lative).
  • Aligned with Intercom values and GTM execution.
