🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years leading Sales Operations in FinTech / payments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving; able to analyze data and present to executives.
  • Proven process design and documentation; onboarding optimization in payments.
  • Experience managing large-scale, complex programs.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution and operations skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
