- Deep fluency across Salesforce: Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ, Data Cloud.
- Experience with ZoomInfo, Outreach, data enrichment tools.
- Evaluate Salesforce architecture, designs, tradeoffs, data flows.
- SDLC, DevOps, sandbox strategy, CI/CD, QA collaboration.
- Executive communication; leads cross-functional teams.
