  • Develop and implement Field Enablement strategy
  • Build high-impact programs to drive faster ramp and consistent deal execution
  • Partner with GTM leaders to document and embed sales playbooks and messaging
  • Define enablement KPIs, track adoption and ROI, and optimize for pipeline, win rates, retention
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Product, RevOps, and GTM for product launches and field training
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing enablement team

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in sales enablement (high-growth B2B SaaS/enterprise) with 4+ years leadership
  • Able to define vision while building programs, content, and tools
  • Leads cross-functional GTM alignment across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Product
  • Proactive learner, stays current on enablement tools and GTM trends
  • Travel up to 30%
  • Experience with MEDDPICC or Command of the Message
