  • Lead and scale a global SDR team, hire, train, and manage.
  • Build pipeline with outbound and inbound strategy for Enterprise opportunities.
  • GTM alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Product to refine ICPs and campaigns.
  • Optimize performance using data and tools to track KPIs and coach SDRs.
  • Train and elevate enablement/onboarding to accelerate ramp.
  • Be in the room with CEO, CRO, and Product Head to shape growth strategy.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6–10 years SaaS/B2B sales dev; 2+ years leading SDR/BDR teams.
  • Proven track record exceeding pipeline targets; developing SDRs into AEs/leadership.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.
  • Comfortable in high-growth, autonomous environments with action bias.
  • Experience with enterprise customers; CISO-level conversations a plus.
  • Passion for coaching, metrics, building outbound culture.
