- Proven track record exceeding pipeline targets; developing SDRs into AEs/leadership.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.
- Comfortable in high-growth, autonomous environments with action bias.
- Experience with enterprise customers; CISO-level conversations a plus.
- Passion for coaching, metrics, building outbound culture.
