🎯 Requirements

- 3+ years leading policy teams of 5+ people.
- Regulatory expertise: experience with platform regulations (DSA, UK Online Safety Act, Take Down Act).
- ML for content moderation: hands-on with ML systems for policy enforcement.
- LLM fluency: using LLMs and generative AI to support policy work.
- Cross-functional partnership with Legal, Engineering, Product, and Operations.
