🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in SaaS implementation or professional services leadership
- 5+ years people leadership of managers and cross-functional teams
- Proven success leading enterprise implementations in regulated industries
- Strong knowledge of life sciences commercial compliance (preferred)
- Experience with system integrations and data migrations in cloud environments
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or equivalent certification preferred
