- Proven ability to lead cross-functional planning without direct authority.
- Strong analytical background; advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets, SQL, or similar tools.
- Experience building and managing teams, with talent development.
- Excellent executive communication; distill complex analysis into clear recommendations.
