Director RevOps Architect

📋 Description

• Define the long-term vision and roadmap for Replit’s GTM systems (CRM & CPQ)
• Own Salesforce platform strategy and architecture for enterprise sales across geographies
• Partner with Finance/Legal/Deal Desk on billing, order management, and revenue recognition
• Establish controls for public company reporting and SOX readiness in GTM data
• Build and mentor a high-performing GTM systems team
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in GTM systems, RevOps, or business systems with 7+ years in leadership
• Built and scaled GTM systems infra at organizations with $1B+ revenue
• Deep Salesforce architecture expertise for enterprise-scale implementations
• Hands-on experience with quote-to-cash, billing, order management, and rev rec workflows
• Experience with public company reporting, SOX compliance, and audit readiness
• Strong cross-functional partnership with Finance, Legal, Sales Leadership, and Engineering
