• Lead market research and CI to shape regional product positioning and pricing.
• Drive growth initiatives to expand US, Canada, LATAM with senior leaders.
• Architect data‑driven vertical strategies, experimentation frameworks, and segmentation models.
• Influence product strategy with regional insights and roadmap alignment for Americas.
• Represent the Americas in global planning forums with clear communication.
• Lead and mentor a high‑performing team; establish cadence for the function.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in strategy, revenue ops, commercial leadership, or high-growth tech
• Proven success leading teams and scaling strategic/operational capabilities
• Advanced analytics: data models, BI tools (Looker, Tableau), insights
• Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills
• Strong academic record with structured problem-solving
• Fintech/financial services or technology in high-growth env advantageous
