  • Global Revenue Ops: collaborate with Sales, CS, Marketing leadership.
  • Enablement Strategy: onboarding, learning, product training, GTM processes.
  • Systems Architecture & Billing: design architecture; owner for Zuora billing and CRM/ERP integrations.
  • Process Optimization: improve Quote-to-Cash, Deal Desk, Forecasting, Commissions, GTM workflows.
  • Board & Executive Reporting: support CCO with board decks and reviews.
  • Data Quality & Metrics: dashboards and data quality across Revenue org.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Systems, or Enablement in software.
  • Deep expertise in Zuora (Billing) and Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Experience with architecture and integrations (middleware, APIs).
  • GTM Enablement: curriculum design, training teams, and content management.
  • Strong analytics: dashboards, metrics, data-driven insights.
  • Cross-functional leadership across Finance, Product, and Sales.
