  • Own GTM architecture: markets, segments, coverage model.
  • Lead annual planning: capacity modeling, territory design, quotas.
  • Design operating cadence with sales leadership: forecast roll-ups, reviews.
  • Partner with FP&A on controllership: headcount and expenses, forecast accuracy.
  • Build experimentation and measurement frameworks for GTM outputs.
  • Hire and develop the Strategy & Planning team; scale GTM infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in revenue operations, sales strategy, GTM finance, or strategy consulting.
  • At least 5 years leading a team.
  • Owner-operator mindset: build, run, fix, and measure the planning system.
  • Data-driven partner to field leadership with credible challenge.
  • Fluent in planning toolkit: capacity models, territory design, quotas, forecast.
  • SQL fluency; Python a plus; comfortable with ClickHouse, dbt, notebooks.
