  • Architect and deploy the AI-powered revenue engine for predictable, scalable GTM.
  • Define RevOps strategy, data infra, processes and AI agents across GTM.
  • Own pipeline health, ARR/ACV velocity, forecast, QBR, and exec insights.
  • Own Salesforce data quality, sales comp design, and quota frameworks.
  • Enable new GTM motions and product launches with PMM and tooling.
  • Lead a global RevOps team of ~10; develop AI, automation, and change management.

  • 10+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM in B2B SaaS (global multi-product)
  • Proven track record leading multi-functional, globally distributed teams through transformation
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce and data governance, incl. data architecture and API integrations
  • Ability to translate commercial data into strategic narratives for executive decisions
