- 7+ years of experience in Revenue/Sales/GTM Operations and/or GTM Engineering in growth SaaS ($50Mโ$100M ARR).
- Ownership of CRM systems, revenue analytics, and GTM reporting at scale.
- Experience partnering with Sales and Finance on forecasting and exec reporting.
- Strong analytical judgment translating data into executive-level insights.
- Influences cross-functional leaders and drives change without direct authority.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach with AI across GTM stack.
