  • Define and operationalize GTM cadence: pipeline reviews, forecasting, exec reporting.
  • Improve sales productivity, pipeline health, and velocity via data-driven coaching.
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management, scenario modeling, and variance analysis with Sales & Finance.
  • Provide leadership with visibility into revenue performance, risk, and upside.
  • Own revenue tech stack strategy: CRM, sales engagement, marketing automation, analytics.
  • Design scalable GTM processes across the customer lifecycle.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue/Sales/GTM Operations and/or GTM Engineering in growth SaaS ($50Mโ€“$100M ARR).
  • Ownership of CRM systems, revenue analytics, and GTM reporting at scale.
  • Experience partnering with Sales and Finance on forecasting and exec reporting.
  • Strong analytical judgment translating data into executive-level insights.
  • Influences cross-functional leaders and drives change without direct authority.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach with AI across GTM stack.
