📋 Description

  • Own GTM strategy and planning across Sales & Marketing, forecasting and quotas.
  • Define lead routing, SQO-to-close standards, and channel CAC reporting.
  • Govern GTM tech stack: CRM, marketing automation, analytics; HubSpot–Salesforce integration.
  • Partner with AI and engineering to build internal tooling for faster sales motions.
  • Define pipeline governance, territory design, and engagement rules between Sales & Marketing.
  • Own post-sales operations: onboarding handoffs, NRR and expansion tracking.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in RevOps, GTM strategy, or sales ops at high-growth tech.
  • 2+ years managing direct reports.
  • Ability to present forecasts and GTM recommendations to executives.
  • Deep Salesforce expertise; familiarity with HubSpot, BI tools, enrichment tools.
  • Strong financial acumen: comp plans, deal economics, quota modeling.
  • Experience with post-sales operations: onboarding, renewals, expansion tracking.
