📋 Description

  • Own and drive a 6–12 month regional enablement roadmap with EMEA sales.
  • Lead, develop, and grow a team of enablement professionals across EMEA.
  • Ensure global programs land locally by localising content.

  • Multi-territory EMEA experience—worked beyond a single market.
  • Enterprise SaaS background.
  • Strong executive communication skills—comfortable presenting to senior leaders and field teams.
  • An AI-first mindset—using AI tools to build better enablement with real examples.
  • Direct sales experience for credibility with the field.
  • Enabled the full revenue motion: AEs, ADRs, and customer success.
  • Data-driven enablement with targets and measurable impact.
  • Builder's instinct—prototyped enablement experiences using AI tools.
  • Sharp seller intuition on content and behavior change.
  • Ability to move fast without losing strategic clarity.
