- An AI-first mindset—using AI tools to build better enablement with real examples.
- Direct sales experience for credibility with the field.
- Enabled the full revenue motion: AEs, ADRs, and customer success.
- Data-driven enablement with targets and measurable impact.
- Builder's instinct—prototyped enablement experiences using AI tools.
- Sharp seller intuition on content and behavior change.
- Ability to move fast without losing strategic clarity.
