🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in revenue/sales enablement and GTM leadership.
  • Proven sales trainer; owned onboarding and ramp programs.
  • Experience building enablement from scratch (0-to-1 builder).
  • Experience unifying teams post-acquisition; strong preference.
  • Fluent in AI in sales; hands-on with Gong, ChurnZero, Claude.
  • Data-driven; ties enablement to revenue metrics and outcomes.
