🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Sales Enablement, Rev Ops, or GTM in SaaS
  • 3+ years in a leadership role managing an enablement team
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales lifecycle and cloud space
  • Proven track record of scalable enablement programs
  • Expertise in enablement tech (LMS, content mgmt) and CRM
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, collaboration
  • Strong analytical skills; data-driven decisions
