  • 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B sales lifecycle and cloud/infrastructure space.
  • Proven track record designing scalable, high-impact enablement programs.
  • Experience with enablement tech (LMS, CMS) and CRM.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to measure program impact.
