Director, Revenue Accounting Operations - Program Management

📋 Description

• Lead Revenue Accounting Transformation programs with AI-driven workflows across order-to-cash.
• Own the Transformation PMO for Revenue Accounting and Order to Cash.
• Lead NPI program management for product launches; ensure readiness.
• Align priorities and communicate program health across functions.
• Represent Revenue Accounting in cross-functional forums and reviews.
• Build and lead a team of transformation leads and PMs.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in revenue accounting, finance transformation, or program leadership in tech.
• Led large, multi-quarter cross-functional transformation across finance, engineering, GTM.
• Deep ASC 606 knowledge and the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
• Experience leading or supporting NPI/product launch accounting.
• Strong operator; governance, intake, and reporting rhythms.
• CPA and/or Big 4 background; able to influence across functions.
