📋 Description

• Own Hut 8’s research and content calendar across the thought leadership program.
• Lead development of Hut 8’s flagship annual thought leadership asset from concept to launch.
• Produce long-form content (case studies, white papers, frameworks).
• Publish short-form monthly insights (750–1,000 words).
• Translate complex technical and financial inputs into investor-grade narratives.
• Build internal research briefs and backgrounders to support external messaging.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in research, content, strategy, investor comms, journalism, or related field.
• Proven ability to produce institutional-grade writing for sophisticated audiences.
• Strong research and synthesis across energy, infrastructure, data centers/AI, markets.
• High judgment and editorial rigor; own topics end-to-end.
• Ability to work with senior executives and cross-functional SMEs.
• Strong project management; manage multiple workstreams and timelines.
• Comfort with ambiguity, fast-changing priorities, and high standards.
• Experience supporting executive voice (speeches, memos, op-eds, social content).
