- Experience owning retention metrics in high-growth, recurring revenue
- Executive-level negotiation: multi-year, $1M+ SaaS deals
- Forecasting discipline and operational excellence across distributed teams
- Cross-functional leadership with Sales, Finance, Legal, and CS
- Expertise in Salesforce and forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
- Analytical mindset; translate data to strategic action
- High integrity and strong business judgement
