  • Own the Core renewals strategy and execution to hit retention targets.
  • Lead, develop, and scale Renewal Managers and RAEs, with clear expectations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in SaaS sales/renewals or account mgmt; 3–5 yrs leading multi-layer teams
  • Proven ability to lead managers; drive quota attainment across large portfolios
  • Experience owning retention metrics in high-growth, recurring revenue
  • Executive-level negotiation: multi-year, $1M+ SaaS deals
  • Forecasting discipline and operational excellence across distributed teams
  • Cross-functional leadership with Sales, Finance, Legal, and CS
  • Expertise in Salesforce and forecasting methodologies
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset; translate data to strategic action
  • High integrity and strong business judgement
