  • 10+ years in SaaS renewals, CS, AM, or rev ops.
  • 5+ years leading renewal or recurring revenue teams in high-growth SaaS.
  • Proven experience negotiating enterprise contracts and renewal terms.
  • Strong command of SaaS financial metrics: GRR, NRR, churn, expansions, forecasting.
  • Experience with CRM, CPQ, and contract mgmt; Salesforce preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
