- Proven experience negotiating enterprise contracts and renewal terms.
- Strong command of SaaS financial metrics: GRR, NRR, churn, expansions, forecasting.
- Experience with CRM, CPQ, and contract mgmt; Salesforce preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
