📋 Description

• Lead registry services for global carbon market operations.
• Manage Registry Operations team and client services.
• Oversee registry infrastructure upgrades for UX and compliance.
• Maintain engagement with registry tech providers and ICE.
• Track policy/tech developments to grow registry capabilities.
• Represent Winrock with stakeholders to advance registry initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12+ years in registries or digital databases; 5+ years leading teams.
• MS Office proficiency; experience writing software requirements and UAT.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Must be available for short-term travel.
