  • Collaborate with Renewals, CS, Marketing, Product, and partners to align plans.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience leading regional, field-based sales teams in open source/DevOps.
  • Data-driven sales ops with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation.
  • Experience selling in regulated environments (FedRAMP) or similar.
  • Proven success selling enterprise deals into large public sector accounts.
  • Familiar with MEDDPICC or similar; pipeline, forecasting, and qualification.
  • Ability to coach, hire, and develop sales talent with an inclusive culture.
