🎯 Requirements

  • Build, coach, and develop Account Executives to create pipeline and close deals.
  • Design scalable sales strategies for large mixed accounts (installed + whitespace).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, Gong, and Outreach.
  • Skill in negotiating with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Awareness of regional nuances across EMEA and GTM dynamics.
