  • Own end-to-end technical recruiting strategy for India market, aligning to Okta's roadmap.
  • Build scalable programs and lead high-performing teams in India's Innovation Center.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Platform leaders to forecast talent needs.
  • Lead quarterly and annual hiring planning; drive workforce planning.
  • Coach and develop managers and individual contributors to sustained excellence.
  • Influence global stakeholders in a matrixed organization to align hiring strategy.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 10+ years in technical recruiting or talent acquisition (engineering and product).
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience managing managers and/or large teams.
  • Proven experience building and scaling recruiting functions in the Indian market.
  • Strong track record partnering with VP-level and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience operating in global, matrixed organizations and influencing without authority.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data-driven talent strategy, workforce analytics, and market intelligence.
