๐ฏ Requirements
- 10+ years in technical recruiting or talent acquisition (engineering and product).
- 5+ years of people leadership experience managing managers and/or large teams.
- Proven experience building and scaling recruiting functions in the Indian market.
- Strong track record partnering with VP-level and executive stakeholders.
- Experience operating in global, matrixed organizations and influencing without authority.
- Demonstrated expertise in data-driven talent strategy, workforce analytics, and market intelligence.
