Director, Rebate Operations

📋 Description

• Own client outcomes for rebate programs; serve as primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring deliverables meet terms and timelines.
• Apply rebating and claims expertise: PBM contracts, 340B, X12/837 flows.
• Translate business objectives into clear guidance for rebate analysts, data engineers, and software engineers.
• Standardize and automate intake, setup, validation, and reporting in the rebate lifecycle.
• Manage work through triage and delegation; define scopes and roles to support tooling and client needs.
• Drive continuous improvement; capture client needs and communicate with product/engineering with measurable success definitions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product/project or account management for SaaS/data products; PBM background preferred.
• Rebate operations expertise in coordinating and validating rebate reports and payments.
• Adjudication workflows and rebate terms; NCPDP, X12 (837), and 340B knowledge.
• Drug reimbursement and pricing knowledge: WAC, AWP, ASP, discounts, rebates, admin fees.
• Large healthcare datasets experience; advanced Excel; Agile/Jira/Confluence.
• Publish clear requirements and acceptance criteria; participate in design reviews and validate releases.
