Director, Real Estate and Commercial Counsel

📋 Description

• Lead legal strategy and execution for infrastructure projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate leases, purchase agreements, and construction docs.
• Advise on land use, title, entitlements, permitting, and zoning.
• Partner with engineering, test/launch, manufacturing, and finance teams on site builds.
• Implement scalable risk management and long-term infrastructure planning.
• Negotiate other contracts, including procurement and IT agreements as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and active US state bar.
• 7+ years of post-JD experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience at a top law firm.
• Excellent contract negotiation, drafting, and project management skills.
• Strategic thinker in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Motivated, self-starter with ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
