Director, Quality Operations (Audit)

📋 Description

• Lead the Audit team within Quality Operations; travel as needed.
• Develop and implement a robust PACE quality program.
• Oversee activities; communicate results to board, committees, regulators.
• Analyze data to identify trends; drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Compliance on corrective actions and FWA program.
• Ensure timely regulatory submissions (HPMS, CMS calls, denials, audits).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; master's preferred.
• 5 years in Audit; 3 years as QA director/manager in healthcare.
• 2 years supervisory experience mentoring staff.
• Formal Quality Improvement and Analytics certifications preferred.
• Experience with HIPAA and healthcare compliance preferred.
• Excel and PowerBI data analysis experience; Lean Six Sigma belt preferred.
